How to get Promoted?
There is not a system in place to "earn" promotions beyond, if we feel you deserve a higher rank, you will receive one.  The problem with this is, people do get overlooked.  Sometimes people who deserve a higher rank are not at that rank.  Sometimes people are hastily bumped up to a higher rank.  Sometimes people are hastily bumped down to a lower rank.

The bottom line is, this being a social guild, chances are the people who are the best fits for the guild as a whole will end up with the best ranks.   There are some points where this does not apply.  Some really great people are lower rank, but don't play very often. Or they never talk.  But, they're great players.  Don't fret, don't take it personally.  And if you do, talk to Ponderance and we'll see if we're missing something, or just being dicks.  We don't want to be dicks!  Let us know!
